Private guesthouse - close to downtown Tampa

Walking distance to the Tampa river walk, local breweries, and Armature Works!

Our charming, private detached guest house has a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washer, renovated AC, Keurig machine, dryer, iron, WIFI, walk-in shower, king bed, Roku tv in bedroom, tv with firestick and DVD player downstairs, and complimentary beach bag with beach towels. There is a pull out couch in the living room. This rental has a narrow staircase that is difficult to maneuver for tall and older guests. The bathroom is in the first floor and the bedroom is on the second floor.

Great time in the area

The location is convenient to much of what Tampa has to offer. Brett and Amanda were very accommodating. The property is so clean with all the amenities we could have asked for.

Tampa Fun Time

Great location and loved it was in walking distance to Armature Works (amazing places to eat), short driving distant to my gym, airport, beaches, and the Buccaneers. Amanda's place had all the necessary amenities needed for a long weekend getaway. Nice safe neighborhood with parking in front of where you stay. I'd definitely stay there again!

Long weekend visiting our son

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. Our son lives in Tampa and we were visiting for his birthday but did not want to stay in a hotel. Found the guesthouse (which was actually comparable to a hotel in cost). Easy stop at Wal-Mart on your way in for supplies. House is well stocked, very cozy, comfy bed, we cooked two meals at the house including birthday dinner (brought our own grill). Owners are right next door if you need anything (which we didn't), and Amanda is very responsive to questions! Will definitely stay here again on future trips!

Charming stay close to armature works and plenty more!

We stayed here for almost two months and found ourselves enjoying a lot of the local food places 5-10 minutes away from where we stayed, as well as a short walk to armature works and the riverwalk!

Hidden gem

Love, love, love this place! This place is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! Great distance from shopping and the downtown river walk in Tampa. The host was great and checked in with us to make sure everything was going great. Highly recommend!
