The property has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms just on the first floor alone. No other property in the Tampa Bay Area would be comparable! Without question the property comfortably can house groups of 20 plus people while guests can still maintain their privacy. Large Resort backyard with Brand New Pool installed 2019.

Excellent Choice for Families/Groups!

This property was more than adequate to accommodate our large group. Loved the layout of the house. Host was very responsive and provided us excellent recommendations. Backyard and pool is where we spent most of our time and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

The house worked well for our trip. We liked that it was all on one level and family friendly. Having the grill and outdoor eating space was nice too. The pool was VERY cold, but it didn't keep the kids out. Thank you!

Great family hangout

This house was perfect as we had family members all staying at house for a Tampa event. Everyone had their own room and majority had own bathroom! Great kitchen and dining meet up area that is made for large groups. Pool and backyard is fantastic and pool is very well maintained. Was able to get laps in several times. Highly recommend for large groups. Quiet area but still close to all the grocery stores, etc.

Best Birthday Ever!!

Had a blast spending time with friends for my 50th birthday!! The house had ample space for our group of 20 and was located near Costco and other stores. The outdoor space was furnished with 2 covered seating areas next to a beautiful pool. So many amazing memories ❤️ The owners quickly responded when we had questions. And check out was fantastic…just needed to turn off the lights and lock the door. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice property. Most Bedrooms with own bathroom. Large open area. Pool area was great. Close to many conveniences. Had some Tv and remote issues. Two large dinner tables was great. Grill was not great. A little more seating in living room area would be a nice upgrade. Some decorative touches would also compliment the very nice property. Would recommend for large family

Room for everyone and everything!

Had a blast! The pool was amazing; enough room for everyone to swim, a long shelf area for young swimmers! The 2 outdoor cabanas were so nice to let all levels of sunbathers still hang out together! The patio off kitchen with grill was a great hangout area. The indoor kitchen with room to prep, a chest freezer, and seating for everyone to play cards and games at night!!! We used the basketball hoop out front. Loved that you also recycle. Beds and baths were numerous and clean. Host was quick to get us some extra towels and suggest beaches... Having a washer dryer to pack lighter was fantastic! Location from airport was 20 minutes and drive to Clearwater, Busch Gardens and other beaches all about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Highly recommended, our family left blessed for time together and room to withdraw if needed. (Family of 10 plus grandchildren)

Annual Family Getaway

Dear Kathy/Peter, This is very sensitive and I tried to contact you but got no response. My stay was fine as being with family is always fun. That being said, I'm not sure how often you get by your property but it really, really needs work, mostly the cleanliness, or lack there of. Your pictures are deceiving. The first impression was suspect as the blinds in the front window were broken. The sofa was very different not bright and fresh looking, but, it was in fact broken down and uncomfortable to sit on with only one other chair in the house, more of the blinds were broken, at least one light bulb in each ceiling fan was burned out, one of the closet doors was broken, and no place to put our luggage besides on the bed or the floor, which is an invitation for bugs, a luggage rack or a chair would have been very welcome, your property has so much potential, but it's horribly dirty. Two of the guest had to go to the ER because of bites. I stripped my bed only to see that the pillow that I'd been sleeping on was blood stained. Again, family time was great but for me being the host I felt so very embarrassed to have them stay in this property. Your place was definitely not worth the price you are charging. Because of the things mentioned and some not mentioned, I'm asking for a refund of no less than the cleaning fee. I don't mean you harm or shame but it was really bad. Thank you for allowing us to use your place but as it is right now I would never refer it.

The house was perfect for our family needs. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great dining area and kitchen. It was located not too far from all planned activities. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire pit.

Overall a decent stay and property. The property could benefit from better cleanliness and maintenance. For example - the pool is generally nice but very warm water, the provided shampoo/bodywash clearly was old/crusty, and shower curtains were dirty. The house also clearly used to be a commercial property of some sort, as there were industrial fire alarms on the wall and exit signs throughout the house.

Wonderful gem

I was looking for a place big enough to host a large group of family members for a reunion and came upon this place. Not only was the rental rate very affordable but the place was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The host was even nice enough to offer the additional 2 bedrooms upstairs at no additional cost to us. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience for our entire group. Highly recommended and we would certainly go back to this place for our next reunion. A+++
