According to HOA guidelines, no commercial vehicles are permitted to be parked on the premises overnight. We kindly ask guests to make alternate arrangements if arriving in a commercial vehicle.

Important Notice: Community Roofing Work

Please note that the community will be undergoing a roofing project that may impact this unit. Work for Building 16114 is scheduled to begin around January 26, 2026.

During this time, guests may experience daytime construction noise and activity around the building. For safety reasons, all vehicles and personal items must be kept away from the building while work is in progress.

The project is part of a community-wide improvement and is being managed by the HOA. While we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience, some disruption during normal daytime hours should be expected.
