  • The best sunsets are at Little Harbor on Bahia Beach. Our well appointed townhome faces west and is beautifully furnished. It features new table & dining chairs, new sofa & love seat, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, cable, internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. The main bedroom has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. Plus we have a queen air mattress available and a pack n play.

    The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds.

    The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. There are two restaurants, plus the community offers a private beach, heated pool, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, playground, boating, and 2 marinas with slips.

    Golf cart available for an additional fee through the owner or other sources and is not included in the rent.

The property is terrific. The house is comfortable and the layout is great. The kitchen had every appliance and dish needed to make a meal. As advertised, we got to see manatees and walk to the beach. Loved it.

Annual friends trip

Wonderful place and location. This unit was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. We will definitely put this place on our list to visit again. Plenty of room. Plenty of linens/cooking items. We watched manatees playing outside on the patio every day.

Amazing property

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. From the adorable decorations on the inside to the amazing comfortable beds! We were also impressed with how many items the place had that you need for every day vacation living! The kitchen was stocked with utensils, baking wear, and more just like at home! I got up every morning and was able to make us real meals. We will definitely be coming back to this place for another family vacation!

Property exactly as described. The host was very easy to contact. When I wasn’t sure about something I messaged her and she got right back to me. Everything you need was there. It was amazing to sit on the porch and see the wildlife.

Great condo. Very clean. Nice location. Great, friendly restaurant near by. Ease of use and communications. Only downfall was no TP upon arrival and master bedroom’s a/c wasn’t working well. Owner was to have it repaired. Overall good experience.

Beautiful home, great views, a relaxing place

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home on this property. It was very relaxing and the beach truly is just a short walk away. An osprey visited every night on a tree by the inlet and stayed until the next morning. We saw manatees each day too in the inlet. This home was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere about it. Julie was excellent in communicating with. I'll definitely choose this home again should I ever go back to the area.

Perfect stay for larger families

This home was perfect for families. The owner provided bath and beach towels, pack n plays, and an extra blow up mattress. Every room was clean. The home instructions were thorough, and the property manager responded very promptly. There was one broken item, but nothing that inhibited our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools a big family might need including a slow cooker. Very nice place.

Great house and location!

We had a great time and the property exceeded our expectations! Was clean and very well stocked. The host, Julie, checked in with me the first day to make sure we had everything that we needed. We liked the central location between Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Enjoyed seeing the manatees from our windows and the private pool. We ended up dining every night at The Sunset Bar and Grill, which is within the complex. They have live entertainment every night, amazing calamari, and the best key lime pie I ever had! Also great outdoor seating and sunsets! We will definitely book again!

Beautiful

We loved everything about this beautiful home. It felt like home away from home. There was plenty of space for our family and many extra amenities: extra beach towels, mini fans in each room, a mini cooler for the beach, bikes, beach chairs, blow up mattress, extra blankets and sheets as needed. Very well stocked. Julie was attentive to our needs and available whenever we had a question. Her responses were prompt and caring. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Beautiful stay

The unit is very nice. We sat on the balcony to watch the manatees in the lagoon. I made a mistake with our reservation, and Julie, the host, noticed it before me. She contacted me and resolved the issue with efficiency, grace and respect. We then continued to enjoy our stay as I had originally intended. Seamless. Thanks, Julie. Nice place!

Family of 5, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you'd need, she thought of everything through and through. House took a long while to cool down, but in all fairness it was 100 degrees out! Two broken things in master but we worked around them easily. The complex needs to do a better job of signage, but that is zero reflection on the homeowner. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

Nice beachless getaway

The condo and hosts were as advertised- 10/10. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with gorgeous views of the tampa bay. Every room had it's own balcony which was a major plus for our group. The complex was super nice & welcoming. We did rent a golf cart and would recommend as the unit is a trek to the pools, gym, restaurants & bay area. Vacationers should know, Bahia "beach" is a bay that feels like a lake with a manmade beach that has warning signs against swimming due to contamination/ potential illness. The "beach" is also NOT pet friendly. Don't get me wrong, the view is beautiful, but if you are looking for a BEACH vacation, this isn't it.We drove to Fort De Soto, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, & Ana Maria island for our beach fix. Nearly one hour each way with Florida tolls.We will not be returning, because we are beach bums, but if you are looking for a stay in the Tampa Bay and not your typical beach vaca, this is a great spot.

The spacious layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals together with ease.The location was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful spot, the townhouse was just minutes from the beach. We loved spending our mornings exploring the area. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They truly made us feel like VIPs. Every question was answered promptly, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This townhouse exceeded every expectation and was the perfect backdrop for creating lasting family memories. We’re already planning our next visit and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.
