Welcome to your stylish downtown Tampa townhome! Built in 2022, this modern retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury just steps from the Riverwalk and Armature Works. Explore nearby attractions like Amalie Arena, Straz Center, Tampa Theatre, and the Museum of Art. With dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance, this is your ideal home away from home in the heart of Tampa.
`House Rules:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts past 11 AM will incur a charge for an additional night at full price.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.

• Smart Locks/Fan & TV Remotes
Damaged smart locks & missing remotes incur a $500 fee.

• Parties & Smoking
Parties, excessive noise, smoking are not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on guest courtesy. Excessive mess will incur an additional charge.

• Extra Towels/Linens
If you need additional towels, please check the dryer as our housekeeping staff may be busy.

• Maintenance
We rely on our maintenance team for repairs. Please be patient, as non-emergency requests may take time.

The decor was newer however many of the amenities listed were not provided. This made our stay uncomfortable. There were 5 bath towels for 6 guests. The coffee carafe was missing. There were no hand towels, soap or shampoo or hair dryers. We notified the host immediately but the items were not provided.
