Welcome to Tampa! This high-end, renovated, contemporary modern 4-bedroom home has everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay while exploring Tampa Bay. Located within minutes away from the most visited landmarks. restaurants, and hot spots the city has to offer. Being centrally located near attractions has its perks! Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, Curtis Hixon Park, Amalie Arena, Tampa International Airport, and more.

The space
Our home is an open-space floorplan concept that combines the living room/kitchen/dining area spaces for socializing. A fully provisioned kitchen contains cookware, flatware, dinnerware, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker; just bring your own food. The front yard and fenced backyard provide ample area for outdoor recreational activities like outdoor ping pong or just simply relaxing with a glass of wine or cold beer out on the shaded patio area. Home comes with excellent amenities like in-unit laundry.

There are 2 cameras located in the outside of the house. There is one camera by the front door and another in the patio entrance. The patio camera will be turned off during all stays. However, for security purposes the front door camera will be actively recording.

This place is an ideal retreat for all types of travelers; corporate clients looking for extended stay workplace, families, large groups and more.

Great weekend spot, very close to Tampa Stadium

Very clean, recent remodel, loaded with the basics and more. Plenty of towels, comfortable bedding, nicely appointed with many amenities!

Family day trip

The home was exactly how it was pictured. It is located near a business road with lots of traffic but was not a inconvenience. The home has 4 bedrooms but there were not enough linen (wash clothes) for everyone. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic stay

Group of four 50ish guys had a great stay here. House is exactly like the photos, super clean, and tons of space. Location is great too, we walked back after the Bucs game, took about 25 mins. Art is very responsive and very quickly addressed any questions or minor issues. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Home - Would Stay Here Again

We were in town for our son's wedding. The property is spacious, clean, and well-outfitted. And there was plenty of room for my son and his groomsmen to comfortably hang out and get ready for the wedding. My wife loved the incredible bath tub. The owner checked in with us during the stay to make sure things were going well and see if we needed or wanted anything. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

4 day guys getaway in Tampa

We celebrated our buddies 50th and needed a place that slept 8 separately. This place was located convenient to downtown, the stadium and other attractions. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The master bedroom is huge and has a first class shower; each bedroom has comfortable beds and newer linens and towels. Couch is spacious, comfortable and will put you to sleep.. The kitchen area has newer appliances and a nice dining area. Art was very easy to work with, checked with us a few days before we arrived, the day of arrival to make sure everything was in good order and gave clear instructions on checkout asks. I'd definitely stay here again.
