The space
We provided pictures for it.
Guest access
Can access all house in and outside. Just we have one utilities closet locked. We don’t have special access for person with mobility needs. It is a townhome with stairs up to 2nd floor where the bedroom are.
Other things to note
At the check out,please turn off all the lights. Be sure all the doors and windows are close. Leave the keys in the lockbox. Take care of the keys, $30 fee for lost keys.

Clean & Comfortable

The house was clean & comfortable, check in was easy & Thank the Lord Juan allowed us check in early due to our Cruise Ship coming in port earlier than it was expected too. We had a great stay. Close to Busch Gardens which is what we wanted. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. The property was clean and well- kept. The hosts provided everything one would need including body wash and a bowl of various snacks. It was 5 star all the way. The only reason I rated location and neighborhood a 3 Star was because they were listed together and not separate. If they were separate stars, location would have received a 5 star rating while the neighborhood would have received a 2 star.

Great stay!

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room w/2 bedrooms. Everything we needed (laundry, kitchen supplies, appliances, TVs etc) was available and in good condition working order.

Condo was nicely remodeled. Super clean, everything provided for a stay. Across the street from the amusement park. Close to the cruise port. Lots of restaurant choices close by. The neighborhood is not great, but we had no issues. Good value. Great communication.

Comfortable stay

When we arrived, the key box check-in was very convenient. The home is cozy and I like the split level with sleeping upstairs and the kitchen area downstairs. It was a nice touch to have a few snacks and waters that the property owners left for us. If you were traveling to Busch Gardens, this would be the ideal location, but we stayed there to go to the strawberry festival and that worked fine also

Great Time

The townhouse was perfect for the three of us. The bedrooms were a nice size, bathrooms clean and we enjoyed sitting around at the end of the day catching up.

We have an awesome stay. The house is very clean and welcoming. I can't see any flaws. From a very hectic day and coming home to a house that feels like your own home is very relaxing. Definitely highly recomended.

As you can tell from the title, this place clicked all our boxes and is so close to Busch Gardens that you can see a roller coaster and the fireworks from the back. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay.

We had a great time. The house was exactly what we needed. It is extremely close to Busch Gardens and you could even watch the fireworks from the backyard. No complaints at all about this house. Thanks again.

Concert stay

We stayed one night to attrend a concert at the mid florida amphitheater which was only 15 minutes away. The house is very clean. Super cute. With a little back yard. The location was perfect right by everything with lots of late night options. The condo meet all our needs and was very comfortable with easy check in and out process. Will definitely stay again when visiting for another concert.

Clean home

The place itself was fine. It was clean. Had what we need. But the location is probably the worst part of town. Neighbors up at all hours. Olive Garden was 800ft away and we drove because it would not be safe to walk. If it were in a better location, I would rate higher but the location was terrible and truly did not feel safe. The walls were thin. We couldn’t tell if someone was banging on our front door or if it wears the neighbors.
