We came in for an event in Ybor City and the home was in a great location from everything. The home was extremely clean and well kept, along with all 3 bedrooms being very comfortable. The backyard patio was amazing and very secure. I will definitely stay there again.

Quick Tampa stat

We came from Ocala to stay the night so we could go to a comedy show in Ybor City. We loved this little quiet cozy spot and enjoyed relaxation in the back yard and i must say the shower had the BEST water pressure! Super spacious and will definitely keep on my list for go-to stays!

We booked this adorable bungalow due to the proximity to Raymond James Stadium. Host let us to check in early (thank you again) which allowed plenty of time to get to the concert and have great night! Home is so pretty and stocked with everything one could possibly need! The property was clean with a great bathroom. We had a longer stay so we needed to get a few more items for cooking, the hosts were great about reimbursing us. The house is older and there was a little smell you get with older homes. Not everyone in our party even noticed it.

The rental was bigger than I thought it would be! Very nice. Easy check in. Secure parking. Only thing missing, unless I’m blind, was the hot tub! I really was looking forward to a hot tub after Gasparilla!

A Gem in Ybor City

The property was exactly as listed online.The home was in close proximity to all of the downtown Tampa activities.Being able to park inside the gate was a great convenience.And, it was great being able to wash clothes. The owner thought of all the extra touches: washing detergent, dish detergent, coffee, body soap, paper towels, etc.It was nice to be able to relax and feel safe after a long day.And, the owner was responsive to my messages as well.

Beautiful house, neighborhood not so great

This house was perfect for our family while staying in Tampa for a soccer tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable. Decorated beautifully, we loved it. Great communication with the property manager. Private parking was fantastic to have so we didn't have to look for a spot on the street. The only issue was that on our last day there, there was a shooting in the neighborhood which unfortunately will prevent us from staying there again. Not because of the property, just because of the safety of the location.

Quiet, Enjoyable Stay!

My husband and I needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days while we attended the National RV show in Tampa. This place came up in our search. Great price. We were unsure of the neighborhood at first, but it ended up being very quiet/no issues. I loved the privacy of the fenced-in backyard; our two small Morkies did too! The bed we chose to sleep in was quite comfy (3 bedrooms). We have no negative comments, although we would like to offer one suggestion. The water pressure in the house was great, both kitchen amd bath. But the shower head chosen for the shower was not compatible it seems. The water coming out of the rain shower head was greatly decreased, and you had to stand extremely close to the faucet/almost on top of the faucet to shower. Other than that the house met all of our needs. Thanks!

The house was clean, neat and comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Ybor City. An easy walk brings you to the heart of downtown. Only a block and a half away is our favorite bakery. The hosts were very friendly and supportive. Ann, Mike and I would defiantly stay again.

Had an alight issue with a light being out but the owner sent someone to fix it within a couple of hours and it didn’t impact our stay at all. The backyard was great for our dog.
