My bed was hard and I didn’t realize until my last night when packing and checking under the bed for left over stuff and the bed creaked really bad my whole stay. But the bed was broke underneath that is why it creaked when I was In it. This hotel also needs quiet hours there were people who stayed there and just loud all hours until 2 am sometimes and I was next to a handicap room but the person who was in there would let their door slam and had their tv super load early.

This was a nice clean property. Beautifully manicured landscape. Hotel room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed it. My only complaint is they “ran out” of shower gel and I believe housekeeping made my bed with some of the same linens after I asked them to change my linens after 3 nights of being there.

I called the property direct asking for a first floor room because I am disabled and my mother is elderly. The hotel promised me a second floor fully handycap with a roll away shower, meaning walking. Well we received the third floor room with a tub. First disappointment. Second disappointment was we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We were told they serve up until 10:00 p.m. we arrived back at the hotel at 8:45 and waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Having been raised in my father's Diner in New York from a young age I learned about the restaurant business and a good work ethic. Being considerate knowing that the workers the cook and the waitress would want to be able to go home at 10:00 we will arrived at the restaurant by 8:45. Because of waiting 20 minutes to be waited on it was now past 9:00 p.m. we finally ordered a very simple grilled cheese and tomato soup and was brought a burnt, very burnt grilled cheese and an almost Frosty tomato soup with a dirty look from the cook because he had to restart the grill he presumed that dinner was over with way before 10:00 p.m..

Had a great time. The room we received was spacious and comfortable. The shower head was old and was difficult to move to the right; the tub drained water so slow; and the A/C unit was loud. Besides that, it was alright. The location was a bit of a drive to local restaurants and local attractions, but the surrounding area was very quiet. I'd visit here again in the future for sure.

Looked outdated.. old worn looking lobby furniture. Room was clean, there were 4 of us- had pull out 1 bed - no bedding provided for pull out. Check in staff was friendly and accommodating, check out was not friendly , showed Hilton honors membership for points, she asked for ID to verify names, acted annoyed!… and didn’t offer rewards member “welcome”. On the way out noticed another person getting rewards gift and different treatment!

There wasny a shuttle, nor complimentary breakfast, there were ants in the bathroom and mattresses were old with springs coming through and holes. If it weren't for the friendly staff and courtesy, the rate would be lower.

It was just okay. Older property. Small rooms. Smelled funny. Dining room was lousy. Overpriced food served on paper plates because the dishwasher was inop. Get sponge and start washing. High point, the staff. Accommodating, pleasant, helpful. Wouldn't be our first choice but not our last either.

Very nice place, very clean, friendly helpful staff. Loved the shower/tub so I could choose what to do. Only negatives were microwave in room stuck displaying zero with buttons not responding to anything, a minor thing. And air unit with no controls or knobs adjusted to lowest setting and highest fan possible. Since I was just staying night and am used to winter in Chicago, got extra blanket and hibernated. But many others would have hated the 63degree room. Bed and blankets and pillow were nice and comfortable though

Hard as a rock beds, but very clean hotel.
Very clean hotel, just bed was very hard/firm so didn't lead to a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was extra so be prepared for that.

I'm sorry you felt I was rude because compensation was denied for this issue. This is because our maintenance team did attempt to go to your room on two separate occasions and fix it and was denied access to going in both times. Good location for Tampa, but you have to tell reception you need service in your room, when they did service did not replace bed sheets that I had spilt coffee on, you have to be able to drive if staying
