Welcome to Old Seminole Heights! Trendy neighborhood in Tampa minutes to downtown and close to all amenities and attractions!
Our home is recently renovated with great outside living, front porch, deck, and 3 bedrooms.
We have a BBQ for you to enjoy and our large backyard will make you feel like you’re in the rainforest.
Recently updated kitchen and shower with brand new furnishing for your enjoyment.
Our 50 inch Roku TV is equipped with Apple TV and Google Chromecast.
The home is great location with 15 mins to the airport and Raymond James Staidum, 10 mins to the river (and Amelie NHL arena), 10 mins to Busche Gardens and Tampa Zoo and about 35-40 mins to Gulf Coast Beaches (Clearwater, St. Petersburg, etc).
