It was very convenient to the University. The place was cozy and clean. The bathroom tub doesn’t drain well so you will stand in stagnant water if two people shower back to back. Other than, I definitely recommend it.

What an awesome property - perfect location, close to everything (publix, walmart, raymond james, seminole hard rock, etc). Well stocked kitchen with all utensils & all appliances were operational and clean. Furniture/beds all very comfortable! Decent water pressure & perfect temperature from the shower. A/C worked well also. Fenced-in yards with a great ambiance in both unit A & B. Nice layout; overall great stay. Quick redirection for Unit B access, quiet area for our weekend concert-attending stay. Easy entry and very open communication with an incredible host. Look forward to a future stay!
