Late in getting into the house. Said we could check in at 3:00. Was not able to get in until 4:30 due to the cleaning lady was cleaning but when we got in certain places in the house was unclean like showers had hair and floor not mopped , kitchen floor and the bedding had black hair. Also kitchen had no coffee cups, refrigerator had stains.
