Equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. smart TV! Our studio is within a centrally located residential neighborhood in the heart of tampa. An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

Cute little studio!

The Verena Suite was very clean and comfortable. The location was central to many restaurants and entertainment venues. Maria was always quick to respond and great to work with.

If you have a car or you can Uber... this is the property for you! Enjoyed the luxury of the peace and quiet inside the city that you hardly get inside a Metropolitan type city. Great amenities including hammocks outside patios and loungers. Very hospitable and wonderful communication.

Convenient and easy

The accommodation was as described. Very comfortable firm mattress, which I prefer. Easy parking and access. Owner’s very responsive. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the air conditioning was so loud!

Near airport, nice host, loud AC

Convenient to the airport, super nice host, small room with large shared outdoor space. Everything that mattered was clean - bed, toilet, shower, but oddly shelves seemed dusty. The main issue was the AC unit was so loud we couldn't leave it on to sleep. Luckily it was Spring and the host provided a very nice fan so it was comfortable.

The location is very practical. I flew in from Tennessee late at night because of delay. And as stressful it is traveling, I was relieved on the quick response to my questions. This property is very clean and peaceful area. I will come back again in the near future.

It smelled horrible We walked in and walked right back out and had to accommodations! Up until we complained we received no feedback from the owner.we had to get a hotel . I still haven't heard back from the owner for rereimbursement

Good location, bad experience

We rented this Studio for 3 days, and we used it for 2 because we couldn't stand being there any longer. The noise from the air conditioning was infernal, we couldn't sleep the whole night, and the toilet was disgusting, every time you flush it the water jumped up and splashed the toilet seat. Disgusting. And last day the exclusive parking spot was taken by anothr car.We are not rent it again.
