Downtown Waterfront home with dock. 2 mins to Riverwalk/ day activities. 10 mins to airport. New custom built family home with elevator is 3800sf. Open floor plan & chef's kitchen fully stocked for entertaining. 3600sf of outdoor decks for taking in the sunset and passing yachts.

Feel like you are in a hotel with all the perks of a single family home. We will have the home deep cleaned and professionally sanitized prior to your arrival. Daily tidying/ maid service provided upon request. We intend to provide a stocked pantry and bar, unless guests would prefer otherwise. The home is typically lived in. Bedding and linens will all be new.
Our intention is to leave you with a welcome and lasting impression of Tampa that makes you want to come back again and again!
We designed the home for entertaining, so rightfully we encourage you to host additional guests beyond those sleeping here. No large parties.
