Welcome to Downtown Heights Bunglow, originally a catalog home sold by Sears and Roebuck. Nestled a few blocks away from the beautiful Riverwalk District, Armature Works, and Downtown Tampa! Sitting on 1/4 of an acre there is plenty of room for you to roam. Enjoy a Café-con-leche on the porch in the morning—then dinner under the glowing gazebo at night. Great location and outdoor space

Cute little house, walking distance to Armature Works. Nice yard for a birthday celebration. We’ll furnished and an easy process .

Stay away

I tried reaching out multiple times about things that were a problem and got no response. I am still looking for a refund but am getting ignored about that as well. (Tv didn’t work, hot tub didn’t get warm, multiple mice in the kitchen, no privacy to bedrooms)I hope they make this right.

Will not stay again, would not recommend.

The Hosts had very good communication and the property has good qualities (open floor plan, washer/dryer, great internet, great kitchen appliances, driveway, good hot water). However, the property is mis-represented in photos and its description. -overall finishes are poorly completed and some are safety hazard (exposed screws, uneven floor under carpet, barn door risk of falling off) -NONE of the bedrooms offer ANY privacy (mis-sized window treatments, open/non-locking doors, see-through door) -kitchen cookware is very limited -beds generally uncomfortable -evidence of ants developed within first day of stay (ants on kitchen counter) -evidence of mice developed within three days of stay (holes in carpet, food (banana) eaten on countertop, mouse droppings) We expressed our thoughts to the Hosts several times. They treat the property not as a true vacation rental, but more as an option other than a hotel. As long as you understand and limit your expectations, you could enjoy the property and experience, we didn't. We will not stay again nor do we recommend.
