Our host was very communicative and we had no issues accessing our rental. The home is very clean, accommodating, and lots of space. The neighborhood is safe and there's lots to do nearby. We walked back from the stadium after the Bucs game. It was a haul, but doable. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again given an opportunity.

Unexpected surprise

Looking at it from the outside, you wouldn't think of the great space this home offered. This property is really nice. Its quiet and very private. A true hidden gem!

3 miles from TPA. Close to stadium. Well kept and was quiet. Very nice place. Would have liked a bigger coffee pot but the small one worked. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful!

The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. I could tell the beds were high quality. It’s one of the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome house!

My brother and I flew down from Ohio to do some fishing and was hoping to find a great VRBO and we did. Great location, close to everything. The house was really nice and elegant, we felt at home and the host was very responsive. We will be back for sure!

Great house, exactly as pictured.

I'm happy to say that the house looks as nice in person as it does online. It was easy to get to, very comfortable to stay in and very close to everything we wanted. I would absolutely check if this was available for my next stay in Tampa.

Nice place

The house was clean and quiet. I questioned the neighborhood when i mapped the location from Google; however, the neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house was very close to downtown which made the commute very easy

The home was easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to an interstate. It is also close to stores. The home is extremely spacious and clean. The attention to detail is well noted and the outside/back porch area is relaxing and clean. Communication was excellent and instructions, thorough. Great stay, great host. Would definitely stay again!

Great centrally located home

Pictures don’t do justice for this home!! Elegantly decorated with the most comfortable master bed! Located conveniently to everywhere. Check in was easy and owner replied quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely rent again for my next visit to Tampa.

Amazing Stay

The location couldn't have been any more convenient. An easy 10 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, and 3 minutes to Raymond James Stadium. There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The house is in an older neighborhood, which seemed to be very well kept and quiet. The property was extremely clean and very well stocked with all the appliances and amenities anyone could possibly need or ask for. There is no tv in the main living area, but there are tv’s in each bedroom and also one on a very nice outside covered patio. The owner’s were very nice and polite, and answered all my questions promptly. They even made some dining recommendations for me, which were absolutely amazing and delicious. I highly recommend this property if you need a nice place to stay. Would definitely book here again.

AMAZING

My insight on this home will not give it the true beauty that Mrs Valdez has created for her guess once you arrive . When you open the door , at that exact moment you know you made the correct chose in choosing this home . They way she connects the living room area piece by piece to provide that cozy feeling after your long flight is something most host miss. The master room is extremely nice and the back patio is so relaxing that I’m sure at night while the fan blows and the tv plays someone will fall asleep easily. With all being said I highly recommend this location 10/10

House was quiet, safe, and clean.

The house picture on the site is aqua but the house is actually terra cotta color. The house numbers are on the mailbox post not on the house. The picture sent just before our arrival had an updated photo. There are 2 small barns that are made into small apartments in the side yard. The people on the small apartments do not have access to any part of the house or the attached patio. We had no access to the area where they were. If the blind is open in bedroom the view is of the small barn apartments. The same with the blind in the front bathroom. Each night a BRIGHT light came on between 4:00AM and 5:00 AM in the patio area of the small apartments. That light was directly next to the bedroom window so we were woken up. The street looked rundown but the area was very quiet and seemed safe. There were only 5 plates and 3 bowls so we had to run the dishwasher every day. There is a coffee pot but not a Kuerig. There could be more towels. We washed a load of towels each day. There are tvs in the bedrooms but not in the living room. There is a tv on the patio. The floor tiles are beautiful. In the bedroom some of the tiles are cracked and loose. We were careful where we walked. Communication was quick and questions were answered. The house was clean, there was a driveway for parking. We enjoyed the patio and used the gas grill.

Our stay in Tampa

We we in Florida for a vacation to the Keys and then Tampa/St. Pete. Although my son lives in St. Pete, we decided to stay in Tampa based on this accomodation. The house was just as listed, very beautiful decor and immaculatelt clean. The four of us loved our stay and was a short drive to St. Pete. We highly recommend this accomodation.
