Parking was easy. The room was not clean well. Only two towels in the bathroom. Entry area to hotel was in poor condition. Location was great for what we needed to do. We actually ended our stay a day early because it felt very nit well maintained.

Was clean… Smelled humid horrible and hot all over the place like they are saving as much electricity as they can, I don’t blame them as everything is expensive with inflation. You get what you pay for, old outdated no usb chargers, bed sheets terrible, bath towels were tainted yellow and old. Coffee was watered down horrible with a couple snacks for continental breakfast. If it’s under $80 I might stay again but not a penny more. Thank you for the hospitality.

The hotel was right off of the exit, which was quite convenient and next to a gas station. Check-in was fairly easy and the staff was nice. There were a few things that I feel need improvement, all cosmetic: spots on the furniture, the bulky trim that separated the check-in area from the elevator, major tripping hazard, I stumbled on it, the floor of the elevator seems to have been something of like laminate was kind of shifting under your feet. When it comes to the room, we ended up getting switched to a different room. The first suite that we had did not come with the couch in it, just a vacant living room area with a lamp and chai. It’s bathroom needed some work, the tub was rusted and not appealing. They kindly switched us to a different room which was way better and included a couch. I would like to also mention that in both bedrooms, were very clean. I never I got a chance to experience the breakfast so there’s not much I can say on it. Overall, the experience was good. We had a lovely time. If needed, I would not mind staying there again because it was good for the price.

No one cleans the room during your stay and you get clean towels from the desk. Renovation is only partly done and the rest of the hotel and rooms are awful. To check in early you pay $20 CASH, which went in the pocket of the desk clerk. Dog poop was on the stairwell landing to the 3rd floor for at least 2 days. The TV in the room, would only change channels going up. The room key took up to 20 swipes to open the room door. The free breakfast was fair. Positives, the 3 staff members are friendly, sheets were soft and there was 1 washer and dryer to use. Wait till renovations are done to book here.

Very friendly staff. The hotel property, lobby and rooms are run down, just not well maintained. The floor was not clean in the room, but everything else seemed fairly clean, the bed had clean sheets. The hotel has seen better days, but, you get what you pay for.

It is clean, nice breakfast, quiet. Not much to do nearby, but you are only a 15-20 drive from Bush Gardens, 15 to Tampa Aquarium, etc. Its a nice quiet place to stay away from the city prices.
