Comfy & Cozy Ybor City Studio steps from 7th Ave.

Ybor City was founded as an independent town in 1885 by a group of cigar manufacturers led by Vicente Martinez-Ybor in 1887. The original population was mostly composed of Cuban and Spanish immigrants so the influence is still strong in Ybor.
Only a 3 minute walk, and your right at the steps of one of the most historic restaurants in Tampa, The Columbia. We are excited to welcome you to Tampa. You chose a location rich with history, music, food and night life, so bienvenido!(Welcome!)
The space
The building is located in the industrial area just steps away from the heart of Ybor. This commercial building has been renovated into micro apartments with the future plans for a storefront. The buildings exterior is still under construction and we apologize as the Florida's tropical weather has delayed projects several times. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Other things to note
Free parking on premises.

Outside of building is under renovation for a building front facelift. We are mindful of guest so when work is being done, all work stops at 5pm. Please only access the front entrance during this time.

Ybor trip

Great stay for a quick weekend trip to Ybor. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and bars. Room was clean and very comfortable. Check in and out process was very easy.

A short walk to Ybor

Proprerty was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood was a plus. Extra points for replacement of refrigerator when it failed. This was done within 3 hours of the issue being brought to their attention!

A walk away from Ybor

Nice place. A set of rooms near Ybor. Tiny spaces, but cozy. Thin walls, though. About a ten minute walk from main Ybor, if that.
