Located in vibrant South Tampa, our cozy apartment puts you just minutes from downtown, Bayshore Blvd, and Tampa`s top beaches. Inside, enjoy a spacious living area, a full kitchen for easy meal prep, and comfortable bedrooms. Free parking makes your stay hassle-free, and a crib is provided for young travelers. Whether visiting for business or pleasure, you`ll feel right at home here.
`House Rules:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts past 11 AM will incur a charge of $40.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.

• Fobs/Parking Passes/Fan & TV Remotes
Please leave them in the unit before checking out.

• Parties & Smoking
Parties, excessive noise, smoking are not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on guest courtesy. Excessive mess will incur a additional charge.

• Extra Towels/Linens
If you need additional towels, please check the dryer as our housekeeping staff may be busy.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host was great and super responsive.The place looks as the photos show. When i wrote the host to inform them of a couple of issues, they responded and tried to correct it immediately.There is only one fork, one spoon, no coffee mugs, just kinda sparse in that way but was a nice stay.Bed is super comfy and the residence as a whole was very quiet. I’d stay there again!
