The open concept living space has plenty of seating, a Smart HD TV and access to the private outdoor dining area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with brand new Bertazzoni appliances as well as cookware and dishware for use throughout your stay. We provide a Keurig coffee machine fully stocked with coffee, creamer and sweeteners so your morning brew is on us!

The home has a King Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a Queen Bedroom, a twin pull-out sofa in the living room, and an additional full private bathroom. Take in the historic Ybor City streets on your front porch swing or share a meal in your private outdoor dining area.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear entrance.

"Casa Padron" lies in a safe neighborhood that boasts several newly constructed homes. Take advantage of the newly opened coffee shop - just down the street - or stroll down to the dog park with your furry friend! Please be advised, though, guests may experience noise on the weekends due to its proximity to nearby restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
Ybor City is notorious for the street trolley system- it's free, runs every 15 minutes and has many stops throughout Ybor, Downtown Tampa and Channelside! Ybor City is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Greater Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa and Ybor City have a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!

Smoking - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
