Bring the whole family to this great place
with lots of room for fun. This spacious secondary home is in the area of Lutz, Florida just north of Tampa . There are plenty of amusement parks, outdoor activities, outlet malls and major-league professional sports including baseball football and hockey. Also nearby beaches like Clearwater and St. Petersburg with delicious restaurants and shops all at your access.
The space
this is a secondary unit to the side of the main house but it is completely private and independent from the other one. this particular unit accommodate up to four guests and the other unit can accommodate up to six guests. for larger groups they are both available but rented separately if they are available on the same dates.

Quite clean place, once at property not clear where unit was, was given wrong wi-fi password, tv had poor connection, some unit instructions inside unit would of been helpful.

Nice place

We were given very detailed instructions to find our unit. It was very clean inside. The area is quiet. I like others had some difficulty signing into the wifi. I needed it the next day for work and my bad for not checking earlier but 10:00PM on a Sunday evening the owner had me up and running!!

Everything was awesome. It would have been helpful to know which unit we were in before because I accidentally went into the wrong unit 😳 but it was a great place to stay & will stay there again
