KING BED with Cocoon Foam Mattress (true comfort) and brand new FULL SIZE SLEEPER SOFA w/gel mattress! Plus dining area for (4), plus sofa chair. Coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave and stove to cook. This space has been updated to be peaceful and comfortable. Balcony is spacious with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the view.

Please view photos. You get a sunrise right from your room! Jet skies, ships, boats all passing by from all sides of the building. You can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) Make sure to wave! Witness all the Wildlife and Florida living all from our patio. The unit is a short walk to the pool, laundry mat and the restaurants are also about 1-2 mins away, Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.

This is a Caribbean-Style Family Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! Centrally located in Tampa Bay and near many award winning beaches! We allow Instant Bookings and our guests can easily check in using our self check in process. No need to meet anyone. Our homes are all professionally cleaned after every check out, you can feel comfortable in a clean environment.

Walk down to the Private Beach and catch a peaceful nap! (1-2 minute walk within the community and free parking if you choose to drive). Take a dive or layout by our outdoor pool with canal views as boats cruise by. Order a poolside drink from Hooks Bar & Grille. Want a more calm poolside experience, walk a few steps to another pool option that is fenced in and quieter.

Feeling hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille is steps away and offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. String light patio seating with stunning waterway views. Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day.

Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it!

FAQ's:

1: This studio is across the street from Beach, Restaurants, Tennis Courts, Fitness center, Pools, Fishing Pier and so much more! Golf Cart rentals available through third party vendor.

2: 1 minute peaceful walk through the community down to the private beach, restaurants and amenities.

3: We offer cots, high chairs, Pack N Play, baby gates and Grill rentals (when available)

4: Our homes are SELF-SERVE, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the studio for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and /shampoo/conditioner/hand soaps.

5: How does check in work? We send guests the door code the morning of their arrival. Once you enter the unit, you will receive a parking pass, 1 pool card and Wifi Information.Our unit also has a binder filled with information about the area, emergency contact numbers, house rules, community rentals and Tampa Bay activities.


The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, Hotel/Resort with Spa and Beauty Salon, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
