  • We are 30 minutes from the beach, just over an hour from Disney and 15 minutes from the Tampa International Airport. 4 Bedrooms with ample room, kitchen, living room, and pool. As well as access to across the street lake for fishing and fun:)

The property is listed accurately. Eric was extremely responsive when contacted to help with a couple of items for us. The property is older, but clean and appears to be in the process of being upgraded. A pleasant stay!

Overall Good stay

Eric was very accommodating and nice. Check in and check out was easy. The property overall was good. We did find one of the linens to be dirty. We weren’t also aware there were two or three trailers in the back by the pool area where owner was his warehouse/business equipment. We didn’t mind and we still had our privacy. Overall our stay was comfortably and worth the price.

The stay was so good. The house was very clean and had everything you would need, from sheets, towels, spices, pots/pans, plates, etc. The beds were very comfortable, the TVs all worked, and all appliances worked. I had rented the house to stay after having surgery in Tampa on Friday morning. When I got home, I went right to bed. It was very quiet, cool and comfortable. Can’t say enough about how comfortable the home was.
