  • Welcome to your perfect getaway! This newly renovated 3BR, 2BA home offers modern comfort with updated appliances. Enjoy a private pool, fully fenced backyard, and a screened-in patio. Work from home in the dedicated workspace, and park with ease using the ample off-street parking. Have fun with 2 arcade games and relax in a cozy, stylish environment. Ideal for families, friends, or business trips—your Tampa oasis awaits! (Important Note there is no working hot tub its only a pool)

    Welcome to our stunning, newly renovated home in Bayside West, Tampa! This bright and airy space features an open concept design with contemporary furnishings and plenty of natural light. The living room invites you to relax with a large flatscreen TV, while the modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need for home cooked meals. The cozy bedrooms include a king, queen, and two twin beds. One bedroom is even equipped with a desk, ergonomic chair, and monitor - perfect for remote work! Unwind in the stylish bathrooms, one of which features a luxurious soaker style tub. Enjoy arcade fun with original Golden Tee and NFL Blitz arcade machines. Step outside to our oasis which includes the screened porch with an outdoor TV, or relax by the pool with sun loungers and a gas grill. This home has everything you need for the perfect getaway!

    Guest will have access to the entire home except for the shed located in the backyard and the owners supply closet located in the main hall door on the left.

    We like to say hello in person, but prefer to give our guest their own space.

Fun trip

We visited Tampa for a few days to take our daughter to Florida for the first time. The house did everything we need it to. She loved the pool. We watched tv for a few minutes to entertain her. She loved the Golden Tee and NFL Blitz arcade games. The check in and check out process was super easy, with good communication from the host. We would stay here again if we go back to Tampa.
