This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining area, and a cozy fireplace. Each bedroom is equipped with a personal heater to ensure comfort year-round, and there is ample seating throughout the home for everyone to unwind. The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays.
The private backyard features a covered pergola, BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table with chairs, perfect for evening meals or morning coffee. A side entrance provides easy access to the backyard as well as the side porch.
About 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, 12 minutes from TPA International Airport, & 10 minutes from Raymond James Stadium. Lots of good, local food spots nearby - some include: Marlenes Original Breakfast, Maikels Kitchen, El Coqui Bakery, & much more. Grocery stores and fast food spots all 5-10 minutes away, or less!
