"We thought of booking a room with breakfast. However, breakfast was quite pricey but they had a much better deal with half pension. The dinner was indeed very good. The hotel has quite a nice character with nice atmosphere but the rooms need to be refurbished."

"The room was in a generally poor state - there were no proper blinds, just a light voile, so there was no way to darken the room. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The central heating was not working, so there was an air conditioner with a heating function, which was very noisy. The seal from the shower screen was not intact anymore, so there was plenty of water leaking. The toilet seat was not fixed, but only lying loosely and had no lid. "Ich fand das schade, dass in der Rezeption am Einreisetag kein Personal mit Englisch-Kenntnissen verfügbar war. Das erschwerte die Kommunikation. Zudem fand ich das schade, dass dieses Hotel sich u.a. als Wellness-Hotel bewirbt, dass aber die Kunden dafür extra bezahlen müssen. Das Frühstück war nicht unser Ding. Wir bevorzugen frisches Gemüse und Obst statt Früchte aus der Dose."

"Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, without them the rating would have been lower. The room was basic and tired. Standard continental breakfast was acceptable. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."
