So if you wanted a drink or something to eat, you had to go up to them, because they were either out of sight or not very productive. But the views are breathtaking and the food is good, but as the menu is quite limited, I think 4 days max is enough. The breakfast for me lacked variety and got a bit boring. "Staff were very helpful arranging taxis etc. It is a very tranquil setting and loved to return to the peace and quiet after a busy few hours in the Souks. It didn't appear very busy but that might be because of the layout of the riads and tentes scattered around the grounds. Lovely gardens and opool area/ Rooms were a little dark but I think that was the nature of them. Good breakfasts and meals; in fact there was good service at all times. "If i could give 6 stars for the staff i would. Morocco is fast becoming the number 1 tourist destination with investment in luxury hotels marrakech is no exception...This hotel is a little out of town but has an excellent local bus service or taxis. The park and hotel are clean and safe. A special mention should go the the grounds team who design an keep the fardens. If like me an elderly traveller you need space away from the family area. This is catered for with a fantastic adults only pool and separate dinning room. . Love this hotel. "
