"The hotel is beautiful the only thing that wasn’t amazing, was the staff are not very observant. So if you wanted a drink or something to eat, you had to go up to them, because they were either out of sight or not very productive. But the views are breathtaking and the food is good, but as the menu is quite limited, I think 4 days max is enough. The breakfast for me lacked variety and got a bit boring. "Staff were very helpful arranging taxis etc. It is a very tranquil setting and loved to return to the peace and quiet after a busy few hours in the Souks. It didn't appear very busy but that might be because of the layout of the riads and tentes scattered around the grounds. Lovely gardens and opool area/ Rooms were a little dark but I think that was the nature of them. Good breakfasts and meals; in fact there was good service at all times. "A very nice villa on the outskirts of Marrakech, beautiful garden with nice separate rooms. Each room is self contained. Kitchen serves an array of moroccon dishes. "This was a superb riad. The staff were exceptional, treating us like friends, who were always smiling, welcoming and endeavouring to help in whatever way they could. In fact they carried luggage, made booking s for us and did our laundry gratis. The riad is spectacular amd just what we wanted for a true Moroccan experience, with a pool in the entry area where we were offered mi t tea and cookies. The rooms were very comfortable and the riad was very close to all the attractions we wanted to see."
