Located near Tamborine Mountain National Park, this unique holiday retreat is nestled in a grassy clearing surrounded by trees, native wildlife, and vibrant birdlife.



As evening falls, the area becomes especially peaceful, as only residents are permitted in the park after sunset. The night sky is breathtaking, offering clear views of the stars and moon.



The Space



Nestled in a flat, grassy area on Tamborine Mountain, this retreat is surrounded by trees and native wildlife, including wallabies, kookaburras, tawny frogmouth owls, and many other species. Just a short walk away, you'll find stunning scenery and refreshing swimming spots, with the soothing sound of cascading water nearby.



This cozy 139-square-foot tiny house features easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. Amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower, making it a comfortable and relaxing holiday escape.



Important Note: Summer weekends can be busy with tourist traffic. At times, some vehicles may be parked on-site under the guidance of our gardener.



Guest Access



Guests have access to the tiny house and surrounding outdoor areas. Please note that access to areas near the main house is restricted.

Guests will enjoy their own private space, but we're always happy to assist if needed.

Located in the peaceful and adventurous region of Tamborine Mountain, Queensland, this retreat is close to Tamborine Mountain National Park, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers.



Tamborine Village is only 7 minutes away and offers cafés, wineries, restaurants, and essential services. Thunderbird Park is just up the hill, while the Rainforest Skywalk is only 4 minutes away. The Gold Coast is conveniently located just 45 minutes away by car.

From Tamborine Mountain: 6.3 km (approximately 11 minutes, accessible by 2WD vehicle)

There is no public transportation available on the mountain.

Expect abundant wildlife, including wallabies, peacocks, peahens, scrub turkeys, tawny frogmouth owls, kookaburras, corellas, king parrots, rosellas, pale-headed rosellas, and more.

For stays of five nights or longer, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
