A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guests have full access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings. The main house is accessible by invitation only.



Set near Tamborine Mountain, a plateau rising 525 metres high, the area's fertile volcanic soils and cooler subtropical climate nurture thriving avocado, kiwifruit, and rhubarb farms, lush wilderness trails, vibrant wildlife, eclectic markets, and craft breweries with authentic regional flair.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the property

- A dog yard near the main home may occasionally be noisy

- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra; Weak signals for the rest

- The tiny home is safely set back, away from the dog yard, ensuring privacy

- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house/ property

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Pet Guidelines:

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- Pets should be kept on a lead at all times

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas.

- Clean after your pet’s droppings

- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out, courtesy of other guests
