Apartment "Haus am See" Alte Tambacher dam for 2-4 people

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the listed building, which was built around 1905. The entire property was renovated in the mid-1990s in accordance with the protection of historical monuments and adapted to contemporary living standards.
The apartment consists of a spacious dining room with a clear view of the dam, as well as the living room. Furthermore, our guests have a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet.
We have designed the living room so that an adult can comfortably be seated on the pull-out couch, so that the apartment can accommodate a total of three people. A children's travel bed is also available.
A TV with DVD player is in the living room. We are also available to our guests with advice and support and are happy to assist when it comes to organizing hiking tours.

In order to meet the needs of our guests, we have ensured that WiFi reception is not only possible in the house, but also around the building, right up to the cozy patio by the water.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to use a fire bowl and the grill if necessary.

Quiet , scenic walking area
A wonderful quiet and well situated ground floor appartment. The owners live on the floor above. The location is excellent, close to the reservoir and it’s retaining wall for easy access to walking trails and within walking distance of the Netto supermarket. Walking maps are provided. Marcus speaks excellent English. I can recommend this rental for couples who love to walk and anyone wishing to escape the crowds of August.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, abgesehen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten war alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Sogar Bademäntel und Hausschuhe waren vorhanden, was wir noch in keiner anderen Ferienwohnung hatten. Leider knarrt das Doppelbett entsetzlich! Aber die Lage der Wohnung war hervorragend. Direkt an der kleinen , nicht öffentlich zugängigen Talsperre mit Blick auf den Wald. Wir hatten wunderbare Ruhe um uns herum. Für erholungssuchende Naturliebhaber bestens geeignet und die Landschaft drumherum - Wald, Berge, Täler- lädt zum Wandern oder Spazierengehen ein.

Die Fewo Haus am See ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll, rustikal eingerichtet. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch. Rundum, ein gelungener Urlaub.
