Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable Condo

My family of four had the opportunity to stay at the IBIS condo for one week. We found the property to be well maintained, secure, well-equipped, conveniently located across the street from the Langosta Beach Club and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops in downtown Tamarindo. At one point our dishwasher stopped working. We contacted Rafa, the property manager, and although he couldn't fix the issue immediately, he coordinated for the cleaning staff to attend to our dishes later that day. He was also very helpful coordinating a cruise for us to enjoy. Rafa is easy to communicate with and willing to help make any guest's stay in Costa Rica enjoyable. The relationship the condo has with the beach club is wonderful! The beach club has a great gym, relaxing pool, delicious pool side restaurant, and a fabulous staff. My son took surf lessons with the surf instructors located on the beach at the beach club. Jeffrey and Mathis were excellent instructors. We highly recommend this property for a fantastic vacation.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ibis condos! The only thing we’d suggest is having a salt & pepper shaker and sugar for coffee. Bed was comfy, loved the decor and location was perfect! Staff were amazing! Would stay there again!

Condo is very nicely finished with all amenities needed. It was nice to be able to access the beach club opposite which was a good addition to the listing. Close enough to Tama to walk and away from the noise. Would stay again.

Great place

We stayed at Ibis number 1 condo and we loved it! The place is great, location is awesome and the staff people are super gently. The condo is seconds away from the beach where you can find a beach club that will serve you great food and beverages. Really modern and anything you need to have a peacefull stay. We were there for 3 weeks and was totally worth it. We highly recommends that condo for an awesome getaway, and this applies to any type of clientèle.

Perfect spot in Tamarindo

Great location with access to the Langosta Beach club across the street (coffee in the morning, sunsets, 2 for 1 happy hour margaritas!) Used the gym every day. The unit was well equipped with everything needed. Security and parking were great as well. Perfect spot.

This is where you want to stay! Out of the bustle of town but close to everything! Rafa and his team made our week vacation so easy! Whatever you need tours, transfers, golf carts, grocery, atm, and unroasted coffee beans! So knowledgeable and the other staff are very caring and friendly. Loved the beach club being just across the way, food and drinks are great! The condo was enjoyable and served our needs well.

Nice spot across from beach

Great location and 24-hour security adds a safer feel. Great patio with bbq was nice to cook our own meals. Dryer was the only issue….it made a really loud noise (belt?). It worked, but only if you could handle the noise.

I've been blown away by this condo and its location. Everything is at walking distance from the condo, maids clean the condo every 2-3 days, people are caring and really likable and everything is included inside the space (kitchen with every appliance you need, big bedrooms, patio, 2 showers, etc). Wonderful condo in perfect location

Very nice, clean, well equipped condo! Great location across from beach club and 5 minute walk to town. Management staff was very professional and responsive before and during stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Prior to arrival they sent a great link with all the unit info, restaurants and other info you might need so we felt comfortable prior to arrival and really had no questions while we were there. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Beautiful property

The location was perfect ! Literally a 2 min walk to a stunning beach. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and the a/c worked fabulously. A well appointed kithchen made our stay easy and convenient. Being just outside of town made it a quiet spot but a 10 min walk put you back in the hustle and bustle if you wanted to be. Rafa and Juan looked after any arrangements we needed, car rentals, excursions etc, and were great sources of information. They helped make our vacation memorable. This may have been our first visit to this property but it won’t be our last. Pura Vida

Best Choice For Tamarindo

We stayed a week in April and thoroughly enjoyed the Langosta Beach Club. It's just far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough that you can easily walk downtown in 10 minutes. Tamarindo has a busy nightlife, so not being in the middle of it was great for us. The condos are clean,spacious, modern, have a well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Across the street is the Langosta Beach Club which is included in the cost of your condo. It has a beautiful pool, bar, and restaurant, and, then the beach with chairs and full bar and restaurant service. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing! Wonderful! In Love with all of it!

Rafa and team were so incredibly amazing. Some of the highlights we’re talking with them and seeing how much they care about their guests. The condo was amazing and clean and safe. Very nice appliances, towels, beds, everything was upscale. We loved cooking in the house for breakfast and lunch and found it incredibly easy to walk or drive quickly to the best of Tamarindo. We loved our stay and are ready to come back and make it a family tradition. Location is perfect if you love quiet and right across from the beach. Langosta beach club was a real treat. We give the condo and our experience with the staff 10/10. A+.

Excellent location good hospitality. The only problem was the refrigerator freezer would not open and it ended up leaking all over the kitchen. We came back from the beach one day and they were installing a new refrigerator. It was an inconvenience the manager never told me it was being done even though talked to him numerous times

Perfect vacation in Tamarindo

Condo was immaculate and more than what was expected. Pictures do not show how nice is really is. With the exception of the dial up speed internet (apparently a pervasive problem in this part of CR) everything worked well. Membership in the Langosta Beach Club, right across the street, that comes with the Condo is key to spending your days at one of the most perfect beaches anywhere. Rafa and Stefano, the concierges at the Condo, and Bob Wilson provide hotel style help and arrangements. The Condo has perfect location. Close enough to main part of town so no car is necessary yet just beyond so not crowded or noisy. Will return.

Great 3 Week Trip

We stayed at this unity for three weeks and it was a blast! The condo was even nicer than we thought it would be. The main room is great since it's so big. The kitchen is large and you have a lot of place to cook which is great! The two bedrooms are far apart so you won't hear other people snore ;) There are three doors that lead outside on balconies + the main door. The place is very well ventilated if you open all doors, yet, if you close everything, you feel very cozy after sunset. The beach is 30 seconds away - and it's a very nice part of the beach! A lots of places to go from there too! After two weeks, we decided to rend from Budget a car for two days and discover other places in Costa Rica. The ride was awesome and the condo was super clean when we came back. Awesome. The place is just near the Langosta Beach Club - people at the club are just as nice as the ones who take care of the condos (Bob and others)! I would totally go again.

Wonderful stay with great location

We stayed 9 nights at ibis # 1. Our flight arrived in the morning and we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Rafa greeted us and we even got complimentary coffee. We were a group of 3 adults with one 3 year old. The condo has great furniture and everything you will need for your stay. Appliances all worked great. The shower in both bathrooms is huge, the water pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. Rafa the concierge was an easy to reach contact for anything we needed. The 24 hr security on site made us feel safe and they were all so friendly. It was quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. Access to the beach club was awesome and we used it almost every day. The pool was great for our 3 year old and the Beach in front of the club was some of the best swimming and great surfing. Town was like a 5 minute walk and seemed to get shorter and shorter everyday. We saw a howler monkey from our patio on the last day. Also really appreciated the keyless entry into the condo, so nice not packing around a key. The only cons we had. We had to ask for the maid to come half way through our stay and it was the only time they came. Maybe this is common practice though. When our sheets were changed they did not smell good at all, like musty laundry. But that's pretty minor. We would definitely stay here again.
