Summary:

Jade Coast, a modern luxury Villa, is located only ONE block (or 1 minute walk) to world famous Tamarindo Beach! You are also located only two blocks to downtown Tamarindo, restaurants, night life, and shopping, so a car is optional!



The Space:

The best location in Tamarindo for a single-family villa! A quick easy walk to the beach and town--only 100 yards away! Jade Coast features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in the main house (2700 SF), and TWO detached Studio Apartments (350 SF each) with 1 full bath. There is a private pool, a large covered porch, and a partial ocean view from the 2nd floor. There is free parking directly outside the house.



The property has an outdoor shower, Webber gas grill, tropical garden, night security, an ADT alarm system, and an in-room safe for your convenience and added safety. Kitchen features wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and movable island. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and all utensils and cooking supplies. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!



Jade Coast sleeps up to 15 (13 in beds & 2 on the pull-out couch). There are 2 king beds, 2 queens, 2 twin beds, a Twin over Full sized mattress bunk bed, and a queen pull-out sofa. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. There is free High-speed WiFI and cable television. You will also find 3 plasma screens, and BOSE surround sound, including a 50" plasma screen in the family room. DVD selection. Inside utility room with washer/dryer. Free local calls! International calls require a calling card, which can be purchased in Costa Rica or use your own. Jade Coast is a



Wildlife abounds just outside your door at Jade Coast! It is a common scene to see howler monkeys, exotic birds, friendly iguanas, and Pizotes in the nearby trees.

Amazing property! We were 7 women celebrating our 50th birthdays this year. Lots of space for all of us, everything we needed. Pool was amazing to cool off in and beach was a very short walk away. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Diego was very attentive to all of our inquiries about the area and excursions. We would definitely come back and recommend the property for mixed groups and families. We also enjoyed watching the various iguanas sun themselves on the roof and around the pool area!

Great Location!

This was a family vacation with our 3 daughters and their husbands and our six grandchildren. With the outdoor space and pool the house was perfect for our group We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. Everyone thought it was the best family trip we've ever done!

This location was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and privacy, but also perfect for gathering around the kitchen island and coffee by the pool. Best part of this property was the location. A perfect space for family

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. This was a family trip - my parents, my two brothers and their partners and myself, my husband and our 2 year old. It was a perfect set up - every couple/group had their own room. We loved the outdoor common area with the pool. I don’t think we spent a second indoors besides sleep! It was a very short walk to the beach and was walking distance to everything. The property management company was excellent and helped us organize some activities and transportation for the group. Next time we’d love to rent a golf cart for a few days! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great trip

Our family of 8 with age ranges enjoy our stay very much! You are able to walk to shops, restaurants, ATV, surf lessons, catamaran etc within 1 mile. There is one main spacious house and two smaller apartments, but it has a common pool area. There was an iguana that greeted us! Would stay again. Thanks!

45 Birthday trip

Had a group of 8 people. The place was beautiful and spacious and accurate about bedrooms. My only issue was a broken window with no glass in it. Had to have the glass reported and replaced and it took up a lot of our vacation time.

Great Family home

Great walkable location near beach suitable for several families. We had street parking but the overnight security made us feel very safe. Any immediate questions/issues were addressed quickly. The only real negative was a dishwasher that did not work very well. We found the pool to be a real necessity…enjoyed it and the inside/outside family areas.

Excellent property

I really enjoyed this property except for one major issue (for me)….the internet is unusable for work purposes which would limit me coming back. Other than that the rooms are great, the house is well equipped and the pool is perfect for kids.

Large Family Getaway

The property was a perfect fit for myself, wife, 17 yr old son, 15 yr old daughter, 9yr old son, 8 yr old son, 2 adult sisters, 2 more teenage nephew and niece, and my parents. Overall there were 13 in our group. The little ones loved the pool. The ocean is about a 4 minute walk down the street. The area is beautiful. Wilbur with blue zone was our driver a few times and was a literal lifesaver. Excursions are about 2 hours away for the good zip lines. We will be coming back, the property was beautiful!

Comfortable Stay, but some items to be aware of.

We had a 65 yr destination BDay celebration for 10 seniors. The property was spacious, nicely decorated and the property was the perfect size for 10 but would be cramped for more. Blue Zone was VERY responsive to issues.PROS: Walking distance to the beach. Fast Wifi and Beautiful pool. Transfers to/from LIR worked well. The kitchen was well stocked. We ordered food delivery for our first breakfast which cost 85USD plus the cost of the food. I would not recommend and do your own to be sure of what you are getting. 4 Beach Chairs were provided which was nice.CONS: Very Dusty from the dirt road. We used some towels to clean the outside tables and were charged for damaging them. The appliances are aged (replaced Coffeemaker, toaster broken and not replaced, and when the over the stove Microwave blew; we were given a temporary one) . Checkin was difficult with some of the entry and safe codes not accurate, but again support, even after hours via WhatsApp was responsive and professional. Through no fault of the property, some animals got into the outside garbage bins and knocked them over, causing an influx of magots into the main house which we dispatched ourselves. Finally, but frustrating, we were charged over 100 after we left for 2 beach towels which were 'missing' and the stained towels we used daily to clean the outside tables from the dust and to dispatch the magots.OVERALL: A comfortable stay but we would most likely not visit again for the price charged.

Dream Vacation

We absolutely loved this property. It was just as described. Beautiful. We saw lots of wildlife just sitting outside. It is close enough to walk to everything but still just a bit out of the hussle and bussle of town. The location allowed for a relaxed atmosphere. A/C worked great. The kids loved having a private pool. Lots of room for our group of 10 to spread out. Plenty of beach towels and the beach chairs came in handy. Would highly recommend this property.

Close to everything in tamarindo

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is fantastic with good amenities. Walkability to the entire town was fantastic. We rented surfboards from banana surf club and were able to pick up and drop them off at their beach location every day for the entire week.

A Great Experience
