On a hill next to the dry tropical forest and with ocean view, you will enjoy privacy and luxury while also seeing many birds on the canopy tops and hear the monkeys howling regularly in the nearby trees. Hot water to all the taps, water storage when the city fails to provide water. Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach and anywhere in town.. Not just an amazing pool with live security for your comfort, but also a sense of peace and comfort not found under the noisy canopy but still keeping the busy town just steps away down under the canopy.
