"The room was very clean, well equipped and exactly to our taste. The grounds were immaculately cleaned daily. We were very pleased to see 24 hour a day security in the front and beach side of the building. We extend our highest praise for the front desk staff. Jerry, Stephanie and especially Deiyan could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They made us feel at home with each interaction. They are fantastic assets to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we selected the Coast Hotel is because we came to CR to visit our kids and grandkids who live 2 minutes away from the hotel but for some inexplicable reason they were totally restricted access to the grounds, let alone to even visit us in our room. This is the very first time we have ever experienced this type of restriction."
