The room showed signs of wear. The guy working in the lounge was wonderful and it was well-stocked. We loved the buffets and the swimming pool.

Pretty nice place to stay right on the Dead Sea

Rooms are fine although "tired" (somewhat dated). The rooms with balconies are fine. The food is "OK" (cafeteria level). Still, a very positive experience overall.

Access to the Dead Sea was good , apart from one thing, they need to look at the rotating doors to the sea .they are not smooth functioning and with a push did had a sudden move which hit my elderly mum They need to seriously change that or it is dangerous The breakfast was good but the coffee was not. dinner was average The sulphur bath was very good

Avoid peak time

The hotel was too crowded. Will avoid peak times in future as barely a square foot to move in the swimming pool. Paid a lot of money and did not fully enjoy because the hotel was overcrowded.

Je n’ai jamais été dans une chambre si proche de l’eau. Dommage le Spa était fermé. Mais la plage privée est sublime. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Deux choses non positives. Le petit gel douche et shampooing offerts sont nuls. Genre senteur camomille de vieille fille. Sincèrement ? Ça manque les bons produits à la mer Morte? Et l’ascenseur est un cauchemar. Trop long!!! Pour le reste la vue est si belle, le pourpre du coucher du soleil… l’effet chillout est top
