"The property had very nice grounds with a lovely pool looking out over the water. The superior garden room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beach was not good for swimming but it was otherwise a very pleasant property."

However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it. "We were looking for a comfortable hotel near Ijen. From check-in to departure, the staff was always there to make our stay perfect! Thank you for everything! The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! We highly recommend this hotel! See you soon."

"Old fashioned hotel, less clean and need many renovation to fix it."

"This is my third time to stay. The hotel is good quality and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. It also has a nice little bar. The pool is OK, but not really for active swimming. The aircon needs a bit of an overhaul in some rooms (I had to move rooms because it didn't work in my first room, and the controller was kind of broken in the second), but overall a good temperature reached for 4 great sleeps in a comfy bed and lovely pillows."

"Beautiful property! We stayed inland in the courtyard with the pool and used the safari shuttle to get around to the beach and the restaurants. Everything was always well kept, staff was super nice and food was also delicious at both restaurants! Definitely recommend! "

"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. "We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!"
