Spacious house with pool, 3 bedrooms all CLIMATE, with double bed and bunk beds, 3 bathrooms, one suite, kitchen with cabinets, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and all household items. Large living room with sofa, table and TV. Shaded and ventilated terrace and large area for up to 3 cars.
Located on TAMANDARÉ beach, (prox. From the SESI Holiday colony) 480 meters from the sea, restaurants, markets and liquor store. At 5 minutes by car from Praia dos Carneiros.


Tamandaré is 92 km from Recife, capital of Pernambuco and is the ideal beach for those looking for tranquility. It is not as busy as the nearby beaches, Porto de Galinhas and Maragogi, but no less beautiful. It is beautiful with natural pools and the city is clean and hospitable. Praia dos Carneiros, 5 km from the center, is one of the main attractions of the region, with warm and calm waters. You can still make beautiful and romantic boat trips with a clay bath and visit the mangroves.

Casa maravilhosa

Nossa estadia foi incrível desde o dia em que fechamos. Seu Lorivald é um ótimo anfitrião, nos deixou muito bem informados e sempre esteve à disposição. A casa é muito confortável, como no anúncio, e conta com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia tranquila. O caseiro esteve todos os dias pela manhã para a limpeza da piscina e também estava disponível para qualquer problema. A casa está a alguns quarteirões da praia, não é longe, mas também não é pertinho, mas é possível ir andando. Os colchões e travesseiros são bons e confortáveis. Os quartos contam com ares condicionados e a casa é muito arejada e ventilada. Gostamos muito e fomos muito felizes na casa de Seu Lorivald! Recomendamos. Até a próxima, um abraço.

Casa arejada, espaçosa e bem localizada, realmente vale a pena. Os ar condicionados são ótimos, a tv é muito boa e a piscina excelente para as crianças, realmente tudo tudo muito bem planejado. Boa recepção por parte do caseiro, tudo bem explicado, conforme anunciado pelo proprietário da casa, tudo deu certo. Como ponto a melhorar, fica a dica, tá na hora de trocar a comoda da suíte e a geladeira, funcionam mais pode melhorar. As praias da redondeza são maravilhosas, vale muito a pena conhecer. Obrigado Lorivard, tudo foi conforme combinamos, voltaremos no futuro.

O imóvel é maravilhoso, bem localizado, perto de mercadinhos e das piscinas naturais. O proprietário é muito atencioso, e muito organizado com td do imóvel. Passei com familiares e amigos o feriadão de Tiradentes comemorando meu aniversário de 50 anos, e tds nós adoramos a casa!!!

Acolhedor e seguro

Ambiente extremamente acolhedor e seguro. Eu e minha família passamos a semana santa lá, fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados. A casa possui muro alto e cerca elétrica, o que era crucial para nós, já que somos acostumados a apartamento e levamos 4 cachorros, é bem localizada, com estabelecimentos próximos para qualquer emergência, e o caseiro, o Sr. Lucas, é bem acessível. Também fomos bem orientados e atendidos pelo Sr. Lorivald. Com certeza, se tivermos oportunidade, voltaremos outras vezes. Indicaria a residência a qualquer amigo.

Passei uns dias com minha família na casa de Sr. Lourivald e todos amaram!! Fomos bem recebidos pelo caseiro Sr. Lucas, a casa foi melhor do que esperávamos (localização, conforto, estrutura, etc). Espero que possamos voltar em breve. Ficamos bem felizes em conhecer o lugar e seguimos as sugestões (passeio de barco, praia) e fez com que a nossa viagem fosse melhor ainda.

Ótima casa de praia para ir com toda a Familia

Minha Família e eu ficamos nessa casa de praia por 3 noites. Foram 6 adultos e 2 Criancas. A Casa de praia é exatamente como é apresentada nas fotos. Super nova, bem equipada, com conforto e uma estrutura muito boa ( Quartos com ar condicionado, Piscina, Churrasqueira, Cozinha e Sala muito ampla ...) Fica a uns 500 m (+ ou -) da praia. O local é super tranquilo. A praia é muito bonita e tranquila. A casa fica a 30 min de Maragoggi e a 15 min da praia dos Carneiros (umas das mais belas praias que já fui). O dono da casa Sr Lorival nos recebeu muito bem, nos explicou tudo sobre a casa e nos deu várias dicas. O caseiro da casa q cuida da manutencao da piscina Sr Lucas tb foi muito atencioso.

Foi maravilhoso, ter estado num local assim, pena que por apenas 3 dias; casa com ambientes aconchegantes e confortáveis, tudo muito lindo, muito bom de mais. Tivemos o prazer de contar com a presteza do Sr. Lucas, secretario do Sr. Lorlvald. Recomendo para quem gosta de estar num lugar para relaxar, de paz e seguro.
