This is a 5star hotel with all facilities. The gym is excellent and the pool is fantastic. Dining options offer a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with lots of variety. Seniors 60+ gets 50% off which is a real treat!
There is a covered linked bridge from the hotel to one of the largest mall which is in the area. It’s very convenient with a 5-7 minutes walk. The mall has 40+ restaurants and also a food court. Food variety is aplenty!
The hotel staff from the bell boy to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, their services are excellent and exceptional. They are always smiling, polite, courteous and friendly and never fail to enquire if everything is good.
The hotel also provides free transportation to a few other mall locations nearby. Parking is complimentary to guests as well.
All in all, I’ll give this hotel an A++. I’ll definitely book this hotel again!

"As soon as you enter the main floor for the terminal building the route to Sama Sama is in front of you. Buggies were there to take you to the hotel but my mate and I walked ☺️. The reception was incredible, fabulous and polite staff. The room was out of this world and sooo big. Best hotel stay on ..."

"This hotel is actually located in the terminal we used it between 2 Air Asia flights. Don’t use Google maps from arrivals as it wanted us do a 2.1km walk when we didn’t even have to leave the building! It was great for 1night, but if we had better flight times it wouldn’t have been needed."
