Good location, clean, comfortable. Only thing is they don't clean the room unless stays more than 7 days.

So far, my best stay in Malaysia. Super friendly and welcoming staff.

There was not enough pool seating or shade for the size of the property and no pool towels The staff whilst friendly were not well trained and their communication skills were poor. The photos and description on the website of the room we booked was not the same, no sitting area and bedroom was so small and very little cooking utensils. It would have been VERY handy to have the instruction manuals or a list of instructions. Very quick to charge extra for everything but still waiting for additional towels and coat hangars. The location was good and the security guards were amazing!
