"The hotel is slightly dated but in good condition, dinner modern updates have been done. Quiet, clean. Breakfast was coffee, yogurt, and pretty good microwavable mini sausage biscuits. Limited choices but good enough. Staff was extremely friendly. Area felt very safe. Great value for the price, and more than adequate for a good night's rest."

"We had 13 in our family group ranging from 4 months to 83, 4 generations for the long labor day weekend. As other reviews mentioned, the property was beautiful! We had plenty of space for everyone. The patio was wonderful, we had warm weather and was able to use the pool some, it was a little chilly due to the cold spell we had but, the kiddos loved it. Jack was amazing, he answered all our questions. He responded quickly and was very helpful. Great stay, wonderful property and kind and responsive host - highly recommend. "
"The cabin was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site and a perfect fit for two adults. We were in town to enjoy horse country and some bourbon country too - perfect location! Minor issue with a leaking shower and it was fixed within 48 hours of our arrival - no inconvenience whatsoever. Owner is very responsive and the attention to detail in the cabin is clear (even makeup washcloths in the bathrooms!) We were there in extremely hot weather and the AC was absolutely fine - ceiling fans also fantastic! We would definitely stay again and would love to experience it in colder, cozier weather so we could enjoy the firepit and the fireplace inside too."

"We were in Kentucky for a friend's retirement and decided to look at a home instead of a hotel. I am so glad we went this route - it was SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER! It was me, husband and 2 kids (12, 8). The home was very clean and had all the amenities I could think of. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering questions since we were not from the area.
