About this property

A very cozy little house close to nature and all the amenities.

  • This small detached house located on our fenced plot is ideal for a quiet stay. The beaches of the ocean, the oyster beds (awarded at the agricultural show), the salt marshes are located 2 kms away and accessible by cycle paths. Discover the coast. Located 2 kms from the town centre of TALMONT SAINT HILAIRE where you will find all the shops as well as the thousand-year-old castle of Richard the Lionheart (visit, escape game, shows...). Nearby you will find a labyrinth, the castle of adventurers, the port of BOURGENAY with its wellness centre, golf course, as well as many activities for all ages.
    The house of 37m2 comprises, an independent bedroom (bed 140), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, plancha, coffee maker, kettle, various utensils..., a lounge area with TV, high-end sofa bed...
    Towels and sheets are provided. Possibility of borrowing a cot.
    A terrace is in place in front of the accommodation with table, chairs, parasol.
    Parking spaces in front of our house. Bikers welcome.
    Our animal friends are no longer accepted and we are sorry for that.
    Faced with the indelicacy of a couple, we ask for a cash deposit of 50 euros for the cleaning which will of course be returned to you on the day of your departure. Thank you.

Super accueil des hôtes, d'une gentillesse incroyable et très discret, le logement est super propre, spacieux et fonctionnel, endroit très calme, de nombreuses activités proche, lit très confortable, seul bémol, une station d'épuration assez proche, suivant le sens du vent ce n'est pas très agréable, (ce site était en maintenance apparemment au moment de notre séjour, d'où les odeurs ) en ce qui concerne le logement et les propriétaires, c'est un sans faute ...

Hôtes très sympathiques. Parfait pour les balades à pied ou en vélo à travers les marais. Dégustation d’huîtres chez les ostréiculteurs à 1/2 heure à pied. Plage à 1 heure à pied par un chemin partagé avec les vélos (mais aussi accessible en voiture si on ne veut pas marcher)
