About this property
The Woodlands Charity -Large Private Room & bath in Tallmadge
- We call this room “Charity.” There is one queen bed with room for a third person on our rollaway bed. We have a 5 bedroom bi-level house. My daughter and I live in the lower level leaving 4 bedrooms upstairs. At this time we are only renting out 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Usually the rooms are rented by singles or couples but sometimes there is a child or pet.
The Charity room has a private full bath inside the bedroom. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces with other guests. Our house is very quiet. We are close to multiple Cleveland Clinic locations. 20 minutes to Blossom Music Center. 13 minutes to Kent State University. 16 minutes to Akron’s Soap Box Derby. Just minutes to nearly any attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Peaceful neighborhood for taking evening strolls or relaxing on our back patio. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
