What a dump!

The worst experience ever! We had two nights booked, but checked out after one night. No air conditioning, but after breakfast decided, enough… no one spoke english, just russian. All TV channels russian. Breakfast was awful. Coffee undrinkable, few days old white bread and no toaster off course. Cheese was so hard and old you could build a house with… and please stay away from juice!!

I would not stay here again.

budget room has no window. we had to keep the door to the room open all night to at least ventilate a little. it was not pleasant when people were walking around. the reception staff was not the nicest. in general, the hotel is much worse than in pictures.

Extremely Dirty Room – Very Disappointing Stay

Check-in at the reception was slow. However, the staff was friendly. The room was very dirty. There were blood or wine stains on the floor and brown marks on the wall. The bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper. There were cobwebs everywhere. The small safe in the room was broken. No air conditioning or fan. Breakfast was constantly running out or missing key items.

The location of the property was really central which made it really convenient and walkable to everything. I could also go back to the hotel during the day to drop off things. I liked how breakfast was included as well but I felt that the choices available were limited and mainly savoury and salad so I would suggest options like pastries or pancakes wouldn’t go a miss. I paid for a single room as I’m a solo traveler and got upgraded to a twin room but the walls are very thin so could hear the people in rooms next to me talking until late at night. Also the bathroom only has shower gel and no other toiletries available so I had to go out and buy some as I only had a carry on bag so my liquids had to be minimal. The hotel was good and I would probably stay here again but could be better with a few small additions.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt und es ist demnoch nicht allzu laut. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel der günstigsten Preisklasse absolut in Ordnung. Auch der Keller, in dem es serviert wird, ist historisch schön. Das Zimmer war klein, die WC-Spülung hatte so ihre Probleme. Das Fenster ging nicht direkt nach außen, sondern ging auf eine staubige und mit Dosen gesäumte Vorterrasse, um die Ecke kam eine große Terrasse. Ja, es war ein recht günstiges Zimmer. Letztlich konnte ich gut schlafen. Was mich dann letztlich gestört hat, war das unfreundliche Personal vor allem an der Rezeption. In einer Unterkunft, die sich HOTEL nennt, habe ich das so noch nicht erlebt. Alles in allem aber für Sparfüchse in Ordnung.

Pieni ja mukava hotelli aivan Vanhankaupungin keskustassa. Niukasti palveluita, mutta aamiainen ihan toimiva ja riittävä. Ei hissiä. Hintataso edullinen.

Trevligt litet pittoreskt rum utan AC. Extremt varmt på rummet. En väldigt torftig frukost serverades. Snålt tilltaget brödutbud och endast ost och skinka som pålägg. En brödrost för två skivor skulle rosta bröd åt alla frukostgäster.

Kuuma ja huonoilma

Erittäin huono kokemus jäi. Ilma ei vaihdu huoneessa lainkaan ja viemärit haisee. Suihkun viemäri ei vedä kunnolla ja vettä melkein nilkkoihin asti. Seinien äänieristys olematon joten yömyöhään kuului naapurihuoneen puheet läpi. Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Oikeestaan mitään muuta mainittavaa ei tästä jäänyt, aamupala ihan ookoo.

Taso laskenut viime kerrasta. Vuode oli mukava nukkua ja ympäristö rauhallinen. Hotellissa oli hajua. Vanhat pinnat oli remontoitu ravintolassa ja aulassa mukavasti esillä. Huoneessa wc ja lattia kaipaavat remonttia. Ruoka ja kahvi oli perushyvää, mutta ne loppuivat aina kesken ja niitä piti odottaa. Aamiaisella lautanen vietiin pois, vaikka olin jättänyt haarukan ja veitsen merkiksi, että palaan vielä kahvia hakemasta. Lähtiessä respassa ei ollut ketään. Odottelimme isolla joukolla uloskirjautumista. Lopulta joku henkilökunnasta sanoi, että hotellikortit voi jättää tiskille ja lähteä.

Pientä paranneltavaa

Hotelli oli idyllinen. Meidän huone oli viidennessä kerroksessa missä viimenen kerros mentii todella kapeaa ja jyrkkää porrasta "vintille" huone oli hieno, mutta helteillä aika tukala. Miinuksena, emme saaneet lisä tyynyjä mitä oltais kaivattu
