This is a amazing apartment and in the most central location, literally couldn’t get any closer to the medieval centre. Amenities within the apartment was great and the added bonus of teabags and sugar was much appreciated. The only thing I would say is the check in/out process of getting the keys is a little tricky as it’s not at the actual apartment, but instructions are fairly straight forward.

Apartment was huge and bed comfortable, unfortunately couldn’t make heating warmer so was really quite cold, also the check in process to get the keys was just so much harder than it needed to be - I got communication through email, online chat, WhatsApp and text.

Properties were nice. Management was disastrous. Couldn't stay in apt. originally booked b/c of water leak. They moved us to 3 diff. apartments in 3 nights. NOT what you want to be doing when you have 2 1/2 days to explore the city. One person in office was void of facial expressions. Another person in office was sympathetic & apologetic. A regretable experience.

Lovely and convenient flat
Great apartment walking distance from many great attractions but also convenient to grab a Bolt car from. Flat was lovely with lots of light, a nice shower and plenty of space for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Bit of a hassle picking up and dropping off keys. Market area is not accessable by taxi so about 100 metre walk . Ask driver to drop you at tourist information centre.

check in is easy and they provide very clear instruction to the rented apartment (walking distance). The apartment is new, clean and close to the main square which makes everything (sightseeing, dining, shopping) very easy.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom Rataskaevu apartment. Great little place with everything you need. Can't beat the location. Check in was very easy and flexible, as we arrived after the office had closed we just went to collect the keys from a place communicated to us via email - it couldn't have been easier! The flat upstairs can get a bit noisy but it depends who stays in there.

The place was great overall with all inside amenities and closeness to everything in the old town 1- the entrance to the apartment is a tough walk up, mind this if u are 2 floor or higher and have suitcases 2- it was rather cold outside so the apartment was not heated properly, was rather chilly plus the hot water was truly hardly warm few nights I stayed. One morning though it was nice and hot.

The property was PERFECT! What a view - and location. The office people were helpful when needed. Absolutely lovely place to be!

Great location but in need of updating.
A spacious apartment in need of updating but clean and in a near perfect location. Roller blinds in double bedroom need replaced as there is a huge gap letting light in, and no curtains to block out the morning light. Bedrooms need mirrors and some more paintings to take the bare look off the walls. The only place to dry hair was the bathroom which isn’t sufficient for an apartment for 4 people. Great view over the old town roofs

We were there during heatwave and there is no a.c., place was roasting. Apt. Number 7. They loanrd us 2 fans which helped. On the upside the apt is beautiful spacious modern clean and has a fully equpped kitchen, even a dishwasher. Also a big tv with cable. Bed and bedding very good. Clean. The bath is really nice and has a washing machine. The staff is very good. The office is open 7 days a week, and it is just around the corner. Emails and phone calls were promptly answered, in english.

Friendly, warm welcome & fantastic location
We arrived at the office to collect the keys after an easy 30 min Tram 4 journey for 2 Euro. We had a friendly warm welcome & left our cases until the apartment was ready at 16:00. Lovely apartment on 1st floor right in the centre of Old Town & easy walking distance to all the main sights. Nice 1 bed place with kitchen & everything needed for our 4 nights. Sun in the morning & shade from midday - perfect so not too hot. Obviously some noise as right in the centre, although nothing that spoiled our visit. Tallinn City Apartments staff were superb throughout & easy to contact. WiFi useful in apartment as was satellite TV. Best supermarket 15 minute walk, although two smaller ones nearby. Excellent food court too in supermarket (Solaris) - 3 course meal with lots of choice for around 12 Euro! Bank museum next door worth a visit as lovely architecture. Once again - great staff at Tallinn City Apartments 10/10 customer care!

GREAT FOR WHAT WE WANTED
Great apartment and massive proportions. A real home from home and in a good location. Had a dishwasher with tablets to use, a microwave and plenty of crockery glasses and cutlery. Quite a lot of noise from the road when the windows are open but that is price you pay for the good location. Right opposite buses and trams and round the corner from main tourist area and squares with a handy supermarket close by.

Great stay in Old Town
Great stay, easy to check in via a sel service option. Our unit was right in the middle of old town, great sightseeing. It was fantastic to have all the space and facilities like a washing machine. The staff were great, out TV didn’t work and the girl from Tallinn City Apartments went above and beyond to fix it promptly

Location Location Location
Location Location Location. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the staff were extremely friendly upon check in & check out, did I mention that the location is ideal ? I recommend you stay here if visiting Tallinn. And I certainly recommend you visit Tallinn. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the water pressure in the shower but hey it's a minor detail in the greater scheme of things.
