I loved the location. Walk out the door and you’re in the heart of the Old Town. The flat was very adequately equipped. It was nice to have coffee and tea available. Noisy neighbours playing loud music would be my only complaint, but the owner quickly resolved it when I brought it to their attention.

Wonderful 5 day stay in Tallinn here, its location can’t be beat, right on the “main drag” and actually right across the street from the TI center. Clean and quiet despite that, except the first day there was a public movie showing down the street that I could hear but it didn’t bother my sleep. Appreciated the washer in the bathroom to do laundry! Check-in and checkout process was easy, WiFi was fast, I’d definitely stay here again…

The property is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just a short walk away. I absolutely loved staying here. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5-star rating is because there was no air conditioning. We visited during the summer, and while opening the windows at night was an option, it wasn’t ideal. There’s a bar and restaurant right across the street, and it stays busy late into the night, making it quite noisy. If the property had AC, we could have kept the windows closed and enjoyed a more restful night’s sleep.

Great attic loft (4th floor), lots of room to spread out. Bath and kitchen new and work great. Main area is rustic but has everything you need Host easy to communicate with for leaving luggage for the day (lockers on site). Location right off main square, quiet for us probably due to the time of year(Sept). Would recommend.

To my knowledge, I booked an apartment closer to the Town Hall which was indicated on my reservation email with the exact address then two days before our arrival I received a text with instructions for the key (didn’t noticed that the address was changed). We arrived on the address indicated on the reservation email & we can’t get in, called the management & she was apologetic that it was on a different building about two to three minutes depending on your health condition walking with your luggage on cobble stones…but the apartment was clean and spacious but you need to have enough strength to go up flight of stairs with your luggage. Overall it was good stay.

Super central, nice rooms. We had two and they were similar but also quite different. Top floors more quiet, but no lift. Mine had a huge bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. Small kitchen area in bedroom. My friends has a tiny bathroom but a separate kitchen. Mine had a second door that blocked of some orig the sounds from hallway, my friends did not have this second door. Main reason for low score: the linen was too small for bed and my feet were touching dirty disgusting duvet and mattress 😅
Disgusting duvet that was way too big for cover - so feet touching duvet all night 😅

Exactly what we were looking for.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, private, perfectly located next to several sights and plenty of restaurants, and the tourist info center, which is right across the street, is the meeting point for several tours. Couldn't have been more convenient. The price was very reasonable, and the tea and electric kettle were lovely extra touches. We did have an issue with our breaker flipping and couldn't get in touch with anyone for a bit. We managed to locate someone with maintenance just by wandering through the building for a while, but it was stressful that we weren't able to reach anyone by phone or email - we had contact points for both but no one was responded. The check in process was very easy, and the luggage storage room is a big help if you arrive prior to check in. Kofeman (breakfast) and Restoran Old Hansa (medieval tavern dinner) were both within easy walking distance and the food was excellent. Caffe Centralle had the friendliest staff and just across the street from the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location, a stones throw from the Christmas market. It's a 5 minute walk to the edge of the old town to get buses/trams. A couple of small supermarkets are nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. It was fine for 2 of us. It was very warm and we had no way of controlling the heating so we opened the inner windows at night to cool the bedroom, which worked fine. Note there are no lifts in the building. The apartment we were in was on the 2nd floor. There is a luggage room on the ground floor with large lockers (big enough for a large suitcase) so you can stow your luggage if you arrive before your check in time.

PROS The apartment is spacious, very clean and really convenient to all external amenities. CONS There isn’t a thermostat on either the wall nor the radiators so the heating had to be on all night which was stifling. I emailed the company for a solution but unfortunately they didn’t respond, we soon realised that the heating was being controlled into each apartment by an external thermostat which we didn’t have access to. The bedding is of good quality but the sheet isn’t big enough and doesn’t fit the mattress properly causing it to crease thus making our sleep uncomfortable. We paid extra for a sofa but the TV faces the bed so we couldn’t watch TV if sitting on the sofa, another TV opposite the sofa would be good. Supplying a broom and mop is essential, the frying pan needs replacing and some microwave bowls are needed. The above are easy fixes and if resolved we would have given it a 5* rating the heating was the biggest problem.
