Avoid these hotel when you would like to find your hotel room again. The hotel is a maze, 5 level of rooms, stairways not direct connected, no lift, it is a real pain searching for your room with your luggage in the hands. Never again.

The location of the property is perfect. Very close to town square with plenty of wonderful restaurants close by and 24 hour convenient store on the corner. Lots of fun finding short cut tunnels through Old City Tallin and short cut stairwells through the hotel “maze”. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but good hot water although poor ventilation. Rooms were warm and toasty. Floors in hotel room were dirty and we used the bath towels to wipe down the floors ourselves. I wish they would have vacuumed or mopped before we arrived which was late at 1800.

4 floors no elevator, so not for restricted people

Hotel is a 4 floors of labyrinth. No elevators. Not friendly staff. But building is nice and in excellent location. No aircon, so rooms in upperfloors can be hot on summer. Breakfast wasn't anyhow special, fairly limited selection but edible. But in the end be happy if you got an option to travel around.

Got no sleep at all, if there is 30degrees outside, its at least 60 inside the room. No AC, and small window which didnt help at all. Hotel kinda labyrinth. Breakfast were mid, everything were finished all the time. Location were really good tho, and maybe it would be bearable to stay during winter season.

Ihastuttava ja kaunis vanhanajan hotelli. Kannattaa ottaa huomioon, että hotellissa on jyrkiä portaita ja korkeita kynnyksiä. Aamiainen sijaitsee korkeiden rappusten päässä. Aamiaisvalikoima ei ole kauhean laaja, mutta vatsan saa kyllä täyteen. Kahvikoneesta saa myös hyviä erikoiskahveja. Rauhallinen sisäpiha josta löytyy osa huoneista. Vieressä on baari josta saattaa välillä kuulua ääniä, muttei ole suurta melua ainakaan sisäpihalla. Ystävällinen asiakaspalvelu, josta tulee tervetullut olo.

Perus hotelli, aamupala kannattaa syödä muualla

Perustason hotelli, sympaattinen sisustus. Käytävillä on viistoja kattoja ja matalia kattopalkkeja, hotellissa myös jyrkkiä portaikkoja eli ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle. Huono äänieristys ja narisevat lattiat. Aamupala oli kehno. Kelpasi hyvin yhdeksi yöksi ja hinta oli kohtuullinen.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Upea rakennus ja sisustus. Sisäpihan huone omalla sisäänkäynnillä ulkotilasta oli tosi kiva. Viivyimme kolme yötä, ja oli hienoa , että huone siivottiin pyytämättä joka päivä. Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen ilman turhia hienouksia, mutta oikein riittävä. Ainut vähän häiritsevä asia oli ohuet seinät, mutta korvatulpat kulkee aina mukana reissuissa. 😊

Right in old town and very affordable! The building itself is very charming, and the staff are very helpful if you have any issues. The cleanliness is questionable, but taking the age of the hotel and the price it’s forgivable. The breakfast buffet is kind of dismal, I would just stick to the poppyseed rolls and coffee, but maybe it depends on the day.

Baltic family vacation.

Staff was very friendly when we checked in late at night and they were all prepared for us when we arrived. In the morning the free breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Bedroom was very clean and they put us on the floor we requested. Hotel is in the heart of all the activity and tourist spots are walkable.

Jouluaaton kokemus

Hotellissa onmielenkiinto ja ihmisystävällisyys. Lapsi oppii oikeasti käyttäytymistä, hänelle ensimmäinen hotelliyö. Hotelli sopii Tallinnan historialliseen ympäristöön ja käy tunnelmaltaan joulutorin ympäristöön. Ilotulisääni hieman säikäytti ja huoneessa oli hieman liian lämmin, kuitenkin aamupala ja mahdollisuus istua yhteisissä tiloissa auttoivat.

Hotellet ligger dejlig centralt og alligevel stille. Det er gammelt og kringlet men charmerende. Men mit badeværelse havde en lugt af tis på trods af daglig rengøring. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig. Og folkene i receptionen udstrålede bestemt ikke service og imødekommenhed. Kun den kvinde, der var på arbejde, da jeg tjekkede ud, smilede og var hjælpsom. Med andre ord - du får, hvad du betaler for. Kan man leve med dette, så er det et fint beliggende hotel til prisen.

Charmigt historiskt hotell mitt i gamla staden

Jättecharmigt och genuint hotell i en 1400-tals byggnad som renoverats och byggts om i flera omgångar. Många kringelkrokiga charmiga gångar och trappor runt hela hotellbyggnaden att vandra runt i (med flera innegårdar). Det är givetvis inget modernt hotell med dess bekvämligheter, men skicket och renligheten var överraskande bra. Sköna sängar, fräscha sängkläder, fräscha toaletter och städningen finns det absolut inget att klaga på. Det enda som drar ner lite är en tråkig lukt från avloppen i vissa delar av byggnaden. (Troligtvis problem med avluftningen.) Vi fick dock byta rum till en som var bättre. Personalen var vänliga och väldigt hjälpsamma. Vi stannar definitivt här om vi besöker Tallin igen.
