Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

No communication

Booked this house and paid in full. Got address of home, but owner never sent check in instructions. Messaged multiple times and called multiple times with no response. Called VRBO and they tried to contact owner with no response. Finally get notified that owner canceled my reservation due to minimum age requirement, although website says ages 0-17 welcome and my daughter is 17 and was traveling with her father. Very upsetting having to find another place to stay last second at 9pm.
