Perfect for our needs

My family of 3 needed a place to stay while attending a tour of FSU. Only 20 min away , great house and beautiful location . House was very clean , beds are super comfortable and linens are clean and like new . We brought our dog and it was a great neighborhood to be able to go for walks . Also, with the cold weather the fireplace heater was a wonderful addition to the property. Would definitely stay again when in the area

Our stay could not have been better! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Location is perfect! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy to navigate. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced backed yard and the ability to go for walks in the neighborhood. Plenty of towels and washcloths, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Check-in was super easy and the host Gregg was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Honestly I can’t think of anything that could have made the stay better! 5-Stars and 10/10!

Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect. We usually do not take our dogs when we travel. Since we were traveling at the last min we didn’t have a pet sitter. This house was plenty big enough for 2 adults, 2 teens, and our 2 dogs. The house was clean and modern. You can tell the owner spent a lot of time considering what would be needed during the stay. The neighborhood was great for dog walking. It was everything we needed during a stressful time.

Immaculately clean, you wouldn't believe this is a pet friendly listing. Very conveniently located. Furniture and beds were quality.. nothing is more annoying than uncomfortable, flimsy furniture that looks good in the photos. This listing is very well equipped including quality towels and linens. Has a small but well secured fenced area in the back for pets. Host was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Godsend of a respite during a stressful evacuation from Tampa

My wife and I evacuated from Tampa for hurricane Milton with our two daughters and were blessed to have arrived at this Clean and welcoming home. Gregg and his wife were extremely accommodating and extended our stay multiple times given the fluid situation surrounding the hurricane. They were very understanding of our situation and. Helped us to take one piece of stress out of the equation as it related to keeping our family in a comfortable, clean, safe home. I would highly recommend staying with them as a guest in their VRBO home to anyone. We are extremely grateful for their hospitality. The layout of the home gave everyone enough space so that we were not on top of each other and they provided all of the startup amenities needed when we arrived. If we ever need to head back in this direction, they will be my first call.

A Restful Holiday Stay

The house and property was just as described by the description as well as the previous reviews from others. I was so lucky to find this place. We were in Tallahassee to visit my elderly MIL who is a assisted living facility. Our Christmas plan was to have a holiday family meal at the house so my MIL could enjoy a home-cooked meal. So I specifically looked for a house that was ground level that didn't have any steps, hard flooring and had wide hallway and rooms. This house fit the bill, including all the way to the dining room table that was at a normal height. My MIL was happy and comfortable for the duration of her visit and she was able to enjoy a full holiday meal with turkey and fixings that we prepared in the kitchen. Another plus is that this place accommodated our dog with a full yard, and a walkable neighborhood. We live in a huge city so it was a wonderful experience to be able to walk outside during the night and see the stars, and in the early morning when I stepped outside, I was greeted by sounds of the morning birds. Communication with the host, Gregg, was concise, polite and professional. He made sure we were comfortable and was readily available to answer questions. We will definitely stay here again!
