  • 2 miles from State Capitol building. Three neighborhood parks including a ravine Greenway. Walking distance to shopping center, grocery store and mall. 1 hour or less from the coast. Beautiful rivers nearby. This mother-in-law suite is attached to the main house. the main house includes two large, friendly dogs. Occasionally the dogs are in the backyard.
